The Recovery Career Services helps those wounded, injured and sick individuals who have the greatest need in finding a new, fulfilling career that meets their own individual needs, and assists them in moving on with their lives.

As a Community Interest Company one of the things that makes us unique is that we recruit and train people with their own personal experience of long term health conditions, to help other people source, plan and manage their care. Because of these service people’s injuries and their lived experience of care, they are the experts we are looking for. We provide the professional training (through our own College) and qualifications to enable them to become Support Brokers, working within a supportive and meaningful social business environment.
